Abrasive 100% Natural Wool Pad

The wool cutting pads are for cutting, made of 100% natural wool, durable, resilient, compression resistive, and breathable, the perfect solution to remove aggressively fine scratches, oxidation, and swirls from painted surfaces. The 100% natural wool is ideal for cutting or final finishing, distributing the compound evenly and consistently since the thick and high-density wool provides additional durability, stability, less shrinkage, and long service life.

Wool Cutting Pad Types - With or Without The Center Cut

Two types of wool cutting pads are available: with a center cut or without the center cut, offering more choices. The rotary polisher moves in a single circular motion, generating more heat and giving more cutting power than the DA polishers. Due to the nature of the rotary polisher, the EVA foam insertion only works with the DA polishers. That is why we have two types of wool cutting pads.

With the Center Cut : Crafted from high-quality material, EVA foam, and additional foam insertion, the center-cut version offers effective heat dissipation and cushion for smooth contouring while absorbing pressure. Both pad types offer quick attachment with a polisher plate with the Hook and Loop.

Scientific Design

Center Cut Version:

Engineered for high heat resistance and heat dissipation through the material construction, two(2) layers of foam insertion offer additional cushion and act as a heat buffer from the polisher and surface, and the tapered edge provides safe contouring.

No Center Cut Version:

No center-cut version provides longer, thicker, and softer hairs, giving more aggressive cutting power while offering smooth contouring.

Applicability

For DA Polishers: The center cut version additionally provides two(2) layers of foam insertion: EVA and Polyurethane Foam for heat and pressure absorption, while the tapered edge benefits safety and smooth contouring with DA polishers.

For DA and Rotary Polishers: No center-cut version offers more aggressive cutting power with its longer, thicker, and softer hair, ideal for rotary polishers. DA Polishers are also applicable to this version.

Both versions work for the cutting or finishing process, allowing to apply with cutting or finishing compounds such as glazes, paint sealants, and waxes, distributed evenly and consistently thanks to the properties of the 100% natural wool.
