Basic conditions for applying for a return:

Products cannot be returned if used.

Purchases can only be exchanged for the same product or the same price.

If you receive the product and there is a specific problem with the quality, please make our customer service team aware.

If you are not pleased with the product, apply for a return within 30 days of placing the order, under the condition that the product is brand new and does not affect the resale of the item.

Any accessories or gifts included with the item must be returned in full.
